What is included in a standard clean?+
Standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping hard floors, wiping kitchen appliances externally, a general bathroom clean, emptying accessible full bins and a general tidy.
What is different about a deep clean?+
Deep cleaning includes the standard-clean scope with more detailed attention to accessible appliances, windows, limescale, bathrooms, shower screens, tiles and areas beneath movable furniture.
Is carpet cleaning included?+
No. Carpet cleaning is a separate paid service and is not included in standard, deep or end-of-tenancy cleaning.
Do you offer beauty services too?+
Yes. Hiring Point Beauty brings vetted artists to your home for bridal & party makeup, mehndi, nails, threading, waxing and facials — salon prices, lady artists on request. See our Beauty page or message us on WhatsApp to book.
How do I book a beauty appointment?+
Beauty bookings are made on WhatsApp — tell us the date, the look and your postcode, and we’ll match you with the right artist. A small deposit secures your slot; every wedding has a backup artist.
Can I add extra services?+
Yes. The quote form includes optional extras such as microwave deep clean, oven deep clean, toilet/commode only, toilet & shower area and a full bathroom deep clean.
How do I request a quote?+
Use the quick quote form on the home page. Choose your service, frequency, property details and preferred date; we’ll confirm availability with you on WhatsApp.
